Services Included in Our Tours:

Our tour guides will tell you all the relevant history and culture to bring the sights to life. They can answer all your questions.
Our tour guides speak English, French, and Arabic.
You will also meet friendly locals, experienced drivers, and other crew members who all help make the experience the best it can be.

We’ll keep track of your flights so we can meet you when you arrive. Let someone help you with your luggage and we’ll pay them when you exit to the parking lot. We’ll also manage your luggage at the hotels and throughout the tour.
When you are ready for departure we’ll make sure you are at the airport with enough time to check-in, get through security, and relax at your gate.
If you are entering Mauritania from Morocco, please let us know. We may also be able to arrange your transport in and out of the country.

Don’t worry about any transportation! We take care of all it, including any luggage you are bringing.
Our experienced drivers are skilled at navigating bustling city streets and the shifting sands of the desert.

In Nouakchott and the other cities we visit, we will arrange all the hotel reservations.
On some tours, we camp in the desert. We have all the camping gear needed, so our crew will set up the tents, rugs, and bedding while you relax and enjoy the views.

Every day, three daily meals are included. On days in the cities, we arrange dinner reservations or meals with locals. On desert days, our traveling cook will serve a traditional meal.
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences to the best of our ability.
We will not be able to serve pork or alcohol.

We may be in the desert, but there is no shortage of water! We always have clean water with us, so you can fill your own containers from our water bag truck or grab one of our bottled waters.
All water from our water bag truck is clean and safe to drink. Do not drink tap water in Mauritania.

We’ll help direct you to the correct forms for obtaining a travel visa.
Some passport holders may be able to apply for an e-visa online.
